We rent BY THE WEEK ONLY (Saturday to Saturday) – and the dates book quickly! Check-in is on Saturday at 4:00 p.m., check out is the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Below are rates for the 2022 year (does not include Plumas Co. taxes, cleaning fee, deposit and LACC fees):

Off-season rate (June 4-18 and Sept. 10-Oct. 1): Contact us for availability (if available, rates are $2,600/week)
Standard rate (June 18 – Aug. 27, except for 4th of July week): $2,800/week
4th of July week: July 2 – 9: $3,150/week
Memorial Day (May 28 – June 4) and Labor Day (Sept. 3-10): Contact us for availability (if available, rates are $3,000/week)

Traveler’s Insurance

We strongly suggest that our guests purchase traveler’s insurance. It helps to safeguard your trip for unforeseen circumstances, such as personal emergencies, or natural disasters/acts of God (depending on what plan/coverage you buy).

We do not provide refunds for any such issues. Instead, traveler’s insurance can be a big help to you.
