Our 3/4 acre lot offers numerous opportunities to enjoy the outdoors! Relax and eat on our large front deck or front yard terraces while taking in beautiful views of the surrounding forest and Lake Almanor.  Our very big back lot includes our large lawn and manicured landscaping.  Outdoor eating area complete with barbeque, picnic bench and chairs to watch the fun!

Nature is in abundance in and around our lot. Watch squirrels and chipmunks scramble around the trees, and the deer as they stroll by and relax on our property. Massive trees surround our lot, which set an environment of relaxation and peace. Numerous birds fly overhead, filling the air with their sweet sounds, including ospreys, Steller’s jays, finches and even the occasional bald eagle. Step outside at dusk and watch the fascinating flight of bats! In the evening, enjoy our tremendous views of the Milky Way and beautiful starry skies.
